Gone on break, Will finish tomorrow

Okay, I just want to tell you that this blog will contain :
1. A rant about the English language
2. An update about my "Oh so interesting life, and,
3. Anything else I feel like adding during the course of writing this blog (All in any random order I feel like writing)

So, I am going to start this blog off with the rant. This is being brought up because I remembered reading something somewhere about how proper spelling and grammar are being forgotten thanks to text-speech, l33t speech, or whatever you want to call it. Sam's rant about the book reviews brought up the inner ranter in me. I am sick and tired of reading pages on the net, or texts or emails that feature incorrect grammar, no capitalization and the fricking emoticons. Still, I will be fair. Its not even the smilies and emoticons that tick me off. Its the bad grammar that gets to me. I use emoticons and the usual "lol" or "nvm". We can all agree that they make life easier. But it ticks me off when I get an email or deviant comment that is one continuous run-on sentence, with no capitols or periods and goes something like this; "omg yur lik a photographer 2 i lik yur work XP you shud cum c my page i take pics 2 and mine r prety badazz". Not a staggering example but I'm tired of getting headaches while trying to decipher some of the things I'm trying to read. I guess my point is; If English is your first language, learn to speak it at least. Seriously, how much trouble is it to include a capitol or a period somewhere in your writing?

It REALLY gets on my nerves....

But, on to the next thing I wanted to put here. ^.^ (I'm such a hypocrite...)
Sunday evening I went over to Sianna's where we decided to go get movies and then watched "The Mist" (That movie had one of the worst endings ever. It came very close to "Lady in the water") After that horrible movie, Sianna decided I should watch the CATS movie for the first time. That, was an awesome movie. It turned out that we didn't go to bed until about four in the morning. After waking up Monday afternoon at about 2, we made french toast then went downtown towards Solidos (Finishing Figures) only to find it closed. A little put out, we went to the mall where we stayed for a while then we went to DQ. After supper we decided to go and see Shawna who lives not too far away. It turned out she wasn't home so we went next door and got Maddie. With Maddie in tow we then walked to Chelsea's (Another Tranime) where we talked to her about CATS tickets all the while getting mauled by her mini dog. She didn't want to walk with us so we decided to go see Ryan (known as Frank to Maddie) Sianna decided to call him to see which of his parents houses he was at and he find out hes in Edmonton and didn't even tell us! So, because we were still lonely, we headed to Jordyn's (Yet another Tranime).

On the way to her house we are walking down the street and we all see a cellphone laying by the street. We pick it up, open it and are greeted by a picture of a blond women in a bikini. It was pretty much instantly decided that it was a guys phone. Deciding to return it we look in the contacts and Maddie calls "home". A women answered and immediately asked if we had found her sons phone and we told her yes and where we were so she could come pick it up. While waiting for the woman to show up we decided to text "I want you" to a contact on the list named keat. Unfortunately, the woman pulled up before Maddie could figure out how to work the phone. After we gave her the phone, she handed Maddie $20 and we were like "Oh no, we can't accept that!" But she was like "Take it! Not many people would do what your doing and return the phone". So we took the money. We decided that we would then walk to Fas-Gas and buy munchies with our reward money. When we got there we looked at the slurppee selection and didn't like it so we decided to walk down to 7-11. We were just about at 7-11 when we looked across the street and were like "Does anybody feel like pizza?" We walked to panago, ordered a pizza, then bought slurppees with the remaining money. After getting our food we called Sianna's grandma and she gave us a ride back to the house where we ate pizza, popcorn and watched transformers. Will continue tomorrow.
